Itinerary

DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO THE BIOSPHERE

7:55 AM: Our meeting point is at Solesta shopping plaza!

We have a maximum tolerance of 20 minutes, and we ask our #naveadores to arrive having had breakfast.

10:45 AM: We know our #naveadores love to snack! We'll make a stop at the store to stock up for the night.

11:30 AM: We'll begin a guided tour to explore the region's flora, fauna, and landscapes. If possible, we'll reach the salt flats and ancient trees.

4:00 PM: Time to get to know each other among #naveadores, connect, and have a snack!

5:30 PM: We'll give our group the opportunity to set up their tents, settle in, and prepare their equipment. We'll also take advantage of this time to rest a bit while dinner is prepared.

10:00 PM - 12:00 AM: Dinner will be available during these hours, and each #naveador is free to pick up their food whenever they find it convenient within the established schedule. However, we'd love for everyone to feel welcome to join in the music and conversation around the campfire.

1:00 AM: From this time onwards, we'll gather with the group for a short expedition around the Biosphere in search of wildlife (bats or some rodent), also seeking out beneficial spots for Milky Way photography.

2:00 AM - 5:00 AM: The start time for the Milky Way depends on the season. We'll be attentive to begin our night photography course taught by Gabriel Altamirano, covering topics such as composition, exposure, hyperfocal distance, long exposure, panning, time-lapse, among many others.

8:30 AM: We start our second day with a good cup of coffee or tea!

9:00 AM: Around this time, we'll begin to pack up all our equipment and tents. We'll try to leave as soon as possible but will give #naveadores who wish to take some last shots of the sunrise a chance.

10:30 AM: To recharge, we'll make a stop in the town and have our breakfast.

11:00 AM - 11:30 AM: We'll start our return to Puebla. After breakfast, it will take us approximately 2 hours to return to the city. Our point of arrival will be Solesta Shopping Plaza, concluding the tour between 1:30 PM - 2:00 PM.

From this point onwards, we'll start using our camera! We'll make strategic stops for macro photography, landscapes, and if possible, wildlife shots.

Let's remember that each #naveador will be entirely responsible for bringing their own tent, sleeping bag, and any other equipment for their comfort during the night.

Since the best hours for the Milky Way are between 2:00 and 5:00 AM, we'll give the group the opportunity to set up their equipment and take a break in preparation, if they so desire.

The group will be free to choose the time they spend taking their photographs and enjoying the stars. For those interested, we recommend waiting for sunrise to take some drone shots.
